TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BuzzVault ("the System"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in the System will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Digital Assets & Licensing

All digital assets, software, UI kits, and resources ("Payloads") distributed via the System are the intellectual property of their respective creators or BuzzVault.

• Purchased Payloads grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license for personal or commercial use (subject to specific asset restrictions).
• You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly host the raw Payloads obtained from the System.
• Unauthorized distribution of download links will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all points.

3. Buzz Points & Transactions

The System operates on a point-based economy ("BUZZ Points"). Points are purchased via fiat or cryptocurrency gateways. All point purchases are final and non-refundable. Points hold no real-world monetary value outside of the System and cannot be exchanged back for fiat currency.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The System and its Payloads are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BuzzVault does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly compatible with all systems. Use the assets at your own risk.
